We have a small, but great staff of employees that keep the Homesteads clean and our residents well fed. We have three great Residential Service Assistants who attend to all the cleaning needs at the Homesteads and five cooks who create appetizing, healthy and fresh home-style meals for the residents.

Joanne Miller, Founder
Joanne has worked in home health for more than thirty years. Empathy and compassion combine with her clinical experience and education to put a powerful advocate in your corner. Her personal style is a refreshing change from the medical model that still prevails among many providers.
Jodie Heal, President
Jodie Miller Heal literally grew up with ASK…for Home Care, which her mother founded when she was just 2 years old. She was steeped in the traditions of family values that have shaped ASK’s philosophy, including a special relationship with her grandfather, who lived with her family during her entire childhood. She is the perfect choice to transition the business to the next generation, without losing it’s unique essence.
Today, Jodie is not only an accomplished CPA with her own firm, HEAL ACCOUNTING, but she has more than twenty years of experience in accounting and business advisory services, including her affiliation with ASK in various positions. She also belongs to several professional organizations, serves on numerous Boards, including our local Chamber, and is active in many fundraising endeavors. In addition to this rich heritage, her vast knowledge of modern technology and business practices will continue to launch ASK into the twenty-first century.
Jason Heal, Vice President
Jason has been employed by Homeshare, Inc. for 17 years in various capacities, but has always been involved with maintaining the physical plants and properties. He is the quintessential “jack of all trades”, often having to respond to multiple problems at once. Not only does he possess the knowledge to deal with a myriad of maintenance, construction and groundskeeping issues, but he also possesses the temperament and demeanor to interact with staff, clients and family members in a calm and reassuring way. His understanding of the homesharing model and his length of service contribute to the family feel that is the hallmark of Homeshare, Inc.
